My likes and follower count dropped significantly. Here’s WHY I’m not upset…

Last month, my likes and follower count dropped significantly. 

In one month, I lost a hundred or so followers and the likes on my recent posts have more than halved. One of them received 23 likes. If I cared about these things, I’d be freaking out right now. But in all honesty, I don’t. Here’s why…

I know EXACTLY who I want to work with. And I’ve unleveled my messaging and positioning to reflect this. That’s why my content is now spicier, fluff free and potent AF. And it’s SO freeing. Because I know my programs and offers aren’t for everyone, and I DON’T want them to be.

Now I’m averaging 2-3 inquiries per post, my income is increasing, and my creativity is running wild. It’s like I’ve got my mojo back because I’m finally allowing myself to express who the f*ck I am. 

Oh, and that post that received 23 likes got me 3 inquiries within 12 hours and brought a lovely new soul into my world. I know I’m speaking to the woman who knows they’re meant for more. The woman who knows the power of investing in herself. The woman who isn’t afraid to make big moves because she’s tired of staying stuck at the same income level. The woman who takes fast action and implements quickly. The woman who is ready to reach insane amounts of money and make an impact bigger than her.

The people who get this, get this. If you don‘t, that’s perfectly fine. There are no grudges held here. Please feel free to unfollow me. Actually, I encourage you to do so. I express this with affection, but you may not align with my ideal clientele, and that’s alright. I understand I’m not suited for everyone’s tastes.

Now I’m so much more clearer on who I want to attract into my close proximity coaching and who I want and know is the right fit for my signature program, TCA™. And I don’t take on anyone who will pay me. If they want to work with me privately or inside TCA™, I need to know that we’re a good fit and that based on what they’ve told us, we can help them.

My content acts as a filter. And yours can too!

This is why you shouldn’t take your content for granted. Be super intentional about what you’re posting. Have an actual strategy behind what you’re saying. And don’t be afraid to show people who you really are.

An email I sent last month about my life update got 19 unsubscribes. At first, I thought that was a big number, but when I took a look at the stats closely, I saw that this email received the most responses, DMs, and story replies I’ve EVER had. People related to it. Some people said it inspired them to show up more authentically for their audience. 

Another woman said it resonated with her so deeply that she felt more confident now about her scars (I talked about the war zone on my body – the 9 prominent scars I have from 2x open heart surgery, explant surgery, endo surgery, etc). 

Another lady said that the email made her feel like she knew me, and she thanked me for showing my true authenticity. She felt like I was talking to her as a best friend.

These are my people. And you’ll find your people too.

Start showing them the real you. Start talking to the people you want to work with and attract into your world. Talk about things they aspire and desire to have and you’ll begin to see a significant shift in your income and impact.
